CompAdvantage was founded in 2016 by Scott and Pam van der Linden as a software development house, providing both practical and entertainment software; both commercially available, and bespoke solutions.
Scott van der Linden (Director) has over 30 years of software development experience, 20 years as a developer of inspection, productivity and engineering software - key aspects in CompAdvantage's offerings. He also has practical experience in the Oil and Gas industry having worked in the Northwest Shelf; Qatar; and the North Sea. He has a MSc in Project Management, and a BSc in Computing Science (minor in computer graphics), both from Curtin University.
Pam van der Linden (Director and Chief Financial Officer) has experience in project management, accounts and procurement, having worked for both educational and government institutions.
Other employees have backgrounds in graphic design and animation, adding to the expertise required for development of family friendly game software.
